“Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning..”

“Hotel affacciato sulla centralissima via pedonale, raggiungibile senza difficoltà con l'auto, con un bel parcheggio riservato - a pagamento - a pochi metri dall'ingresso. La struttura e gli arredi, nel tipico stile "Zakopane", sono ben tenuti e creano un'atmosfera molto accogliente. La colazione, ottima per qualità e quantità, è servita nel grande e caratteristico ristorante, anche la cena è stata apprezzata. La zona piscina e sauna non sono grandi e sono tenute bene, utilizzabili al meglio se...

“Flott hotell med ca 5min gåtur til Krupowki. Svært imøtekommende å hjelpsomt personale enkel å god frokost men savnet bacon i varm disken. Skikkelig koselig rom med fin utsikt og egen liten terrasse med tak over,eneste å nevne var at dysj kunne vært rengjort litt bedre.. Kan anbefales Zakopane var også verdt å nevne som ein spennende å flott turopplevelse,så vi kommer snart tilbake igjen”

“I have been staying at this hotel now for several years, I attend with different groups throughout each year, family groups and groups of friends, both these groups are catered for fantastically by the hotel. This year in particular changes to the UK entry requirements a fit to fly certificate was required, the hotel advised me where to obtain such a test and assisted with me obtaining the certificate on the date of my return home, many thanks again to the hotel and I’ll definitely see you again...
